Core Services

Four ways we work together.

Start wherever makes sense. Most people begin with a single consult and go from there.

01

Individual Therapy

Weekly or bi-weekly one-on-one sessions. The core of the practice โ€” a steady, private hour that's genuinely yours.

  • 50-minute sessions
  • Anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, life transitions
  • Consistent therapist โ€” you won't be passed around
02

Telehealth Sessions

Secure video sessions from wherever you are in Pennsylvania. Same depth of work, no commute, no waiting room.

  • HIPAA-compliant platform
  • Available statewide across PA
  • Easy to mix with in-person as your week allows
03

Stress & Burnout Work

For the people who look fine on paper and are running on empty. Practical nervous-system regulation plus the deeper why.

  • Work stress, chronic overwhelm, sleep disruption
  • Mindfulness-based tools you can actually use
  • Boundary and capacity rebuilding
04

Consultation & Second Opinion

A focused block of sessions to get clarity โ€” on a diagnosis, a treatment direction, or whether therapy is the right step at all.

  • 1โ€“4 sessions, clearly scoped
  • Written summary of findings on request
  • Referral out if someone else is the better fit

Anxiety

Most common reason people reach out

Anxiety rarely shows up as one big thing. More often it's a low hum that shapes decisions quietly.

Often shows up as

    How It Works

From first email to first session.

No maze, no long intake packet before you've even spoken to anyone.

    1

    Reach out

Send a short message through the contact form or call. You don't need to explain everything โ€” a sentence or two about what's going on is plenty.

    Reply within 1โ€“2 business days
    2

    Free 15-minute consult

A no-pressure phone call to talk through what you're looking for and whether this is the right fit. If it isn't, you'll leave with a referral rather than a dead end.

15 minutes ยท No cost ยท No commitment
    3

    First session

A full 50 minutes to lay out the history and the shape of the problem. By the end you'll have a working sense of direction โ€” not a rigid plan, but a direction.

50 minutes ยท In-person or telehealth

    Ongoing work

Usually weekly to start, easing to bi-weekly as things settle. We check in on progress openly and adjust the approach when something isn't landing.

    Approaches & Modalities

    The tools on the table.

An integrative practice โ€” meaning these get combined based on what you respond to, not applied by formula.

Structured, practical work on the loop between thought, feeling, and behaviour. Strong evidence base for anxiety and depression, and useful when you want concrete tools to take away between sessions.
Present-moment attention training combined with cognitive work. Particularly effective for recurring depression and for people stuck in rumination โ€” learning to notice the spiral early rather than after it's finished.
Skills-focused work in four areas: distress tolerance, emotion regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and mindfulness. Especially useful where emotions arrive fast and at high volume.
Forward-looking and goal-oriented โ€” less time on the origin of the problem, more on what's already working and how to do more of it. A good fit when you want momentum on something specific.
Deeper, slower work on patterns formed long before the current problem โ€” how early relationships shaped the way you relate now. For when the same thing keeps happening and you want to understand why.
Addresses meaning, mortality, freedom, and isolation directly. Often relevant during major transitions, grief, or that particular flatness where nothing is technically wrong but nothing feels like it matters.
Focused on choices and personal agency in the present. Examines whether current behaviour is actually getting you what you want, without much detour into the past.
    Fees & Insurance

    Clear numbers, no surprises.

Everything is discussed before your first session so you know exactly what to expect.

    Initial Consult

    Free15 minutes ยท phone

A short conversation to see whether we're a good fit. No obligation and no charge either way.

    Individual Session

$โ€”50 minutes ยท in-person or virtual

Standard therapy hour. Rate confirmed during your consult โ€” replace this placeholder with your set fee.

    Extended Session

    $โ€”80 minutes ยท by arrangement

For trauma processing or intensive work where a standard hour cuts things short.

Insurance & Sliding Scale A limited number of sliding-scale places are held open at any given time โ€” ask during your consult. For out-of-network plans, a superbill can be provided monthly for you to submit for reimbursement. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are charged at the full session rate.

    Common Questions

    Before you reach out.

You don't have to be in crisis to benefit. Most people come in because something has been quietly draining them for a while โ€” a pattern that keeps repeating, a level of stress that's stopped feeling temporary. The free consult exists precisely so you can find out without committing to anything.
It varies genuinely. Focused, solution-oriented work can run 8โ€“12 sessions. Deeper pattern work takes longer. We review progress together every few months so you're never guessing where things stand or feeling locked in indefinitely.
Yes โ€” ages 16 and up. For clients under 18, we'll discuss upfront how communication with parents or guardians will work, so everyone is clear on what stays in the room.
Yes, with the standard legal exceptions that apply to all licensed clinicians in Pennsylvania โ€” situations involving imminent risk of serious harm to yourself or someone else, suspected abuse of a child or vulnerable adult, or a court order. These are explained in full during your first session.
Then you'll get a referral to someone who is. Fit matters more than almost any other factor in whether therapy works, and saying so isn't awkward โ€” it's part of the job. This can be raised at any point, not just at the start.
Yes. Many clients alternate depending on their week. Telehealth is available anywhere in Pennsylvania, so travel within the state doesn't have to mean a gap in sessions.
    Ready When You Are

The first step is a fifteen-minute conversation.

No forms to fill out first, no pressure to commit. Just a chance to talk it through and see whether this feels right.
