Start with a fifteen-minute call.

No forms to complete first, no obligation at the end of it. Just a short conversation about what's going on and whether this is the right place for it.

A sentence is enough. You'll get a reply within one to two business days.

After You Send It

What happens next.

Three steps, and you can stop at any one of them.

01
1

A reply, from a person

Within one to two business days you'll hear back directly — not an automated acknowledgement — with a few times that could work for a call.

02
2

The consult call

Fifteen minutes on the phone. You describe what's going on, ask whatever you want to ask, and get a straight answer about whether this is a good fit.

03
3

Book, or don't

If it feels right, we schedule a first session. If it doesn't, you'll get a referral to someone better suited — that's a normal outcome, not a failed one.

If you need help right now

This contact form and inbox are not monitored around the clock, and they are not a crisis service. If you are in immediate danger, or thinking about harming yourself or someone else, please use one of the options below instead of waiting for a reply.

  • 988
Suicide & Crisis LifelineCall or text 988 from anywhere in the US. Free, confidential, available 24 hours a day.
  • 911
Emergency servicesFor any situation involving immediate physical danger.
  • ER
Your nearest emergency departmentHospital emergency rooms are equipped to help with mental health crises, not only physical ones.
Before You Write

Quick answers.

It depends on current availability, which changes. The consult call usually happens within a week of your message, and a first session typically follows within one to two weeks after that. If the wait is longer than that, you'll be told upfront rather than left wondering.
No. Plenty of people arrive able to say only that something feels off. Working out what's actually going on is part of the job, not a prerequisite for starting.
The form is encrypted in transit, but ordinary email is not a fully secure channel. Please keep your message general — there's no need to include clinical detail, and anything sensitive is better discussed on the consult call or in session.
Fees and insurance are covered in full on the services page, and confirmed during your consult before anything is booked. A superbill can be provided monthly for out-of-network reimbursement, and a limited number of sliding-scale places are kept open.
You can ask questions, and you're welcome to. But therapy works considerably better when the person attending has chosen it themselves, so at some point the enquiry needs to come from them. For anyone under 18, a parent or guardian should make the initial contact.
One Step

It doesn't have to be the right words.

It just has to be sent. Everything after that is a conversation.
